My name is Eszter, and I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast. My journey began in 2013, when I was 14 years old, seeking to improve my health and find balance in my life. I wasn’t happy with what I saw in the mirror, and that dissatisfaction drove me to make a change. I tried many forms of exercise (strength training, running, calisthenics, etc.) and I have done a massive amount of research on fitness-related topics. I was injured many times—bad knees, broken bones, back injuries—but I never gave up and always found a way to adapt and keep moving forward. I also realized that injury prevention is far more important than I had originally thought.
I can now confidently say that my life would not be complete or happy without exercise and a healthy diet. I believe that everyone is capable of making a change and finding a balance between a healthy lifestyle and daily responsibilities.
On my blog, you’ll find articles based on scientific research. To me, fitness is not just about exercise; it’s about a holistic lifestyle that includes proper nutrition, mental well-being, and continuous self-improvement.
